Shipping and Delivery Policy

What you buy

An EMI Bro membership: access to the premium features of the EMI Bro Android app (the full EMI-free plan, daily safe-to-spend number, bounce alerts, true-cost checks and the Bro AI coach). It is a digital service; there are no physical goods.

How it is delivered

• Membership is activated instantly once your payment (₹1 for the first day, then ₹299 a month through UPI AutoPay) is confirmed by PhonePe, usually within a minute.
• It unlocks automatically in the EMI Bro app when you are signed in with the same email. A confirmation is shown on emibro.in after payment.
• No shipping charges, no delivery address and no physical delivery are involved.

If access does not arrive

If your membership is not active within 30 minutes of a successful payment, write to support@emibro.in with your account email and the payment date. We activate it or refund the charge, as set out in our refund policy.
